LIVING WITH THE ELDERLY, DISABLED & SINGLE-PARENTS PROGRAMME

Working with the local office of the ‘Consejería para la Igualdad y Bienestar Social’ (part of the Autonomous Government of Andalusia), this mutual assistance programme was developed so that students from outside Seville can have free accommodation in return for helping with a few domestic tasks, providing company and shopping for the property’s owner.

The University will help to cover expenses (electricity, gas, water) of the person taking in the student and the student will receive a small financial aid to help cover their relocation and study material expenses.

The assistance the student is expected to provide depends on their availability and preferences, and on the needs and requirements of those taking in the students.
