ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
With the well-being of the university students and staff in mind, the main purpose of SACU's Psychological and Social advice service is to provide activities, programmes, and services from a psychological and social viewpoint.

Our goal is to assess, guide and provide information on the matters that most affect those at the University, and give the necessary support so their aims can be achieved in the best way possible.

Our academic abilities are mainly developed during our secondary education, and often even before. However, while at university, there are fewer activities with this aim, and sometimes students can face severe difficulties in achieving their desired academic results.

As stated above, our service aims to answer the problems of academic performance that can affect those studying here. Of course, we can't promise miracles so you can pass without studying, but we will do what we can to help you work effectively.

Our advice and help is individually tailored to the needs of each person. Interviews and individual work sessions, group meetings, study workshops for each subject, introductory courses on the best study techniques, guidance courses for new students, etc, are all activities which we hope can lead to improvement is academic performance.

IMPROVE YOUR ACDEMIC PERFORMANCE COURSES

The Psychological & Social Advice office provides courses to help to improve your academic performance, giving details of strategies and techniques designed to help you get the most out of your study time. The courses are available to all students at the University of Seville and throughout the academic year 2005/2006, different seminars will be available in the Pabellón de Uruguay.

If you are interested in taking part, all you have to do is fill in the registration form and we will contact you by telephone when we are next organising a group.

If you would like more information, call us on 954 48 77 49 or you can email us at: sacupsico2@us.es.
